Why does brain balancing work?
The whole brain teaching is designed to teach people to take care of their own bodies.
That is not the same thing as wet brain training.
Wet brain teaching focuses on specific areas of the brain, which may not be the best place to be.

The goal is to make them better at maintaining a balanced blood pressure and heart rate.
